I’ve taught Special Education/ELA for several years in the New York City Dept. of Education. I’m an active member of the HSHCS Instructional Cabinet and believe that all students have the capability to learn.  I design and facilitate professional learning for my colleagues to support them to meet the needs of all learners, with a special focus on building the capacity of Gen Ed and ICT Teachers to collaboratively plan and implement varied co-teaching models such as Parallel Teaching, Station Teaching, and Alternative Teaching.
